Strawberry Cream Cheese Wraps
Small strawberry pieces are easier to roll than large slices. The grown-up takes care of the berry knife and final cutting, while the young cook makes a honey cream cheese spread. A little crisp rice cereal adds a delicate crunch just before serving.

Before you begin · grown-up check
The grown-up washes and chops the strawberries and cuts the finished wraps; the child spreads, fills and helps roll.
- Together wash hands with soap and water and clean the work surface.
- Adult checks ingredient labels, equipment and task suitability; ages are starting guides, not a guarantee of readiness.
- Adult handles every sharp-knife step. Measure 3/4 cup prepared berries after trimming and chopping.
Ages are a starting guide. A grown-up checks your readiness and stays nearby. Follow the actor label on every step.

The skill you’re learning
Wet fruit needs a modest layer, not a high pile. Small pieces spread over the filling are easier to roll and less likely to squeeze out.
Try one change
The adult can use 3/4 cup small pieces of ripe peach instead of strawberries.
Serving & storing
Refrigerate covered at 40°F or below within 2 hours of preparation (1 hour above 90°F); use within 1 day. Best freshly assembled; the cereal softens in storage.
