PLATFORM QA
macOS arm64: final DMG mounted, app installed in /Applications, ad-hoc signature verified, all 20 apps launched and closed, app moved recoverably to Trash, DMG detached. PASS.

Linux x86-64: final AppImage exercised in a fresh offline QEMU/amd64 Debian environment with no audio device. Launcher and all 20 apps passed with 0 renderer errors. DEB and tar.gz were hash-bound but not installed. PASS for AppImage scope.

Windows 11 Pro x64 build 10.0.26200: final EXE/hash verified in a fresh offline QEMU TCG guest with no audio device; install, launcher, all 20 canonical app launch/paint/screenshot/close checks, 0 renderer errors, process quiescence, uninstall, project/recovery/external-sentinel preservation, power restore, and natural shutdown passed. This was a clean Windows guest, not separate physical Windows hardware. PASS for clean-guest scope.
