This mixed-source collection is not a blanket CC0 grant.

##35 creator-credited CC0 effects

Kenney, rubberduck, bart, OwlishMedia and Pixel-boy / Sparklin Labs supply the
unchanged originals under their pack-specific CC0 terms. Original Kenney notices
and Superpowers README/LICENSE/CREDIT are retained byte-for-byte under licenses/.
For creator packs without a recorded embedded notice, SOURCE-LICENSE.md is an
explicitly Incoprea-added notice linking to that creator's CC0 page. The shared
CC0-1.0-reference.txt is an added legal reference, not an original archive member.
Credit implies no endorsement, logo rights or unrelated third-party warranty.

##49 legacy Suno-origin sounds

The46 music tracks and three original effects retain exactly the prior Incoprea
permission and limits in legacy/RIGHTS.md. They are not CC0 or works by the above
CC0 creators. This collection grants no new rights over those49 files. The
documents/catalog under legacy/ apply only to those49; their WAV links are unchanged.
