preview.woff2 is a lossless container conversion of NotoSansTamil[wdth,wght].ttf, not an upstream native webfont. No outline, naming, character or axis edits were made.

Correct marks require a shaping-aware application.

Install the native TTF/OTF files in desktop applications. The WOFF2 file is for web use. Exact font metadata and hashes are in SOURCE.json. coverage.tsv lists encoded codepoints for the preview face; language shaping depends on your application.
